ACCOMODATION

We have four independent rooms (one of them wheelchair accessible) and four fully equipped apartments of various sizes, all furnished in an elegant Tuscan style. To all of them we have given names relevant with the sky and with Messier’s catalog.

Apartment Orsa Minore

Bright 40 sqm apartment on the first floor of a typical Tuscan farmhouse with a view on three fronts: east, north and west. It has a traditional flavour with a modern twist that makes everything brighter and more welcoming.

It has a fully equipped open space kitchen and living area with a characteristic stone fireplace. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, a/c and TV, while the bathroom hosts a spacious walk-in shower.

The living room gives access to a mezzanine level hosting two single beds for children and teenagers.

This apartment hosts up to four guests in total (two adults and two children/teens).

Apartment Swan

Next to Orsa Minore, as well as it 40 sqm and on the first floor, this apartment is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, TV and futon for the third guest; a double bedroom with king size bed and a/c and a spacious bathroom.

Suitable for couples and one-child families.

Appartament Aquila

Our most prestigious apartment: 70 sqm, on the first floor of the original building, it offers a wide view of the hills, woods and olive grove. Very bright and graced with rare Paraguay wood parquet, its staircase access is located on the west side of the building.

The living room, just entering the apartment, hosts a fully equipped kitchen (the only one with dishwasher) and a massive stone fireplace. Both the two double bedrooms have a king size bed, a/c and private bathroom. One of them hosts two other guests thanks to the futon and a single bed in the mezzanine.

This apartment is perfect for up to six people families, two couples or small groups of friends.

Apartment Pegasus

70 smq, this first floor apartment is located on the opposite side of Apt Aquila, in the same building: its staircase access is located on the east side of it. Again, the renovations brought to a comfortable and bright apartment, graced with rare Paraguay wood parquet.

The living area, first room with fully equipped kitchen and stone fireplace, gives access to two bedrooms, both with a/c and private bathroom: a double one with king size bed and a twin one with futon for the fifth guest.

Suitable for upt to three-children families or groups of friends needing separated beds.

Sunflower M63 room

This room is located on the ground floor, therefore has direct access to the garden.

Typical in its elegant Tuscan style, it is equipped with a/c, private bathroom and king size bed.

In addition, a wardrobe, TV, little fridge and kettle with various tea sorts.

Whirlpool Galaxy M33 room

Wheelchair accessible room equipped with a/c and direct access to the garden.

It may be arranged with two twin beds or a queen one. The bathroom lets the wheelchair enter comfortably.

Andromeda Nebula M31room

Our deluxe room has direct access to a north-east oriented terrace, perfect to enjoy the valley view during the day and the starlit sky at night.

The bathroom hosts a comfortable and spacious shower; again, a/c, TV, little fridge and kettle with various tea sorts; king size bed and a little walk-in closet.

Vortex M51 Room

Next to Girasole, this room has direct access to the garden and a/c as well.

It hosts a comfortable king size bed and bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Its peculiarity: the tilting window in medieval houses' style.

The room is equipped with a wardrobe, TV, little fridge and kettle with various tea sorts.
