We have 3 independent rooms and 4 fully equipped apartments of various sizes, all furnished in a rustic style and special care for the details. To all of them we have given names relevant with the sky and with Messier’s catalog

Apartment "Orsa Minore"

It is a 40 sqm apartment on the first floor of a typical Tuscan farmhouse with a view on three fronts. It has a traditional flavour with a modern twist that makes everything brighter and more welcoming. It has a fully equipped open space kitchen and living area with a characteristic stone fireplace. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed while the bathroom has a hydro jet shower. Two single beds for children are located on the mezzanine level. It is equipped with TV, hairdryer and a zero km olive oil personal cleaning set.

Apartment "Swan"

It is a 40 sqm apartment on the first floor of a typical Tuscan farm. It offers a wide view to the east, south and west over the typical Tuscan hills and the lush woods of the valley. It has a traditional flavour with a modern twist that makes everything brighter and more welcoming. It has a fully equipped open space kitchen and living area with a characteristic stone fireplace, an ample bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. In the bathroom there is a shower with hydro jets. It is equipped with digital terrestrial TV, free WiFi in the accessible areas, a hairdryer and a zero km olive oil personal cleaning set. The apartment is well insulated acoustically and thermally. In summer you can enjoy a pleasant breeze thanks to the fortunate position of the farm.

Appartament "Aquila"

It is a prestigious 70 sqm apartment on the first floor of the historical building. It has direct access from the garden through an external staircase on the west wall of the building. It offers an ample view of the typical Tuscan hills and the lush woods of the valley. Having been recently renovated, it has all the necessary comforts: perfectly insulated acoustically and thermally, very bright and embellished by the parquet flooring specially imported from Paraguay. In the living room with an open space solution there is a fully equipped kitchen with a magnificent stone fireplace. Following two ample bedrooms with comfortable king size beds with their private bathrooms. In one of the two rooms there is a mezzanine level with a single bed for a junior guest. In the other bedroom it is possible to add a similar single bed on request. It is equipped with TV, free WiFi in the accessible areas, a hairdryer and a zero km olive oil personal cleaning set. In summer you can enjoy a pleasant breeze thanks to the fortunate position of the farm.

Apartment "Pegasus"

It is a cozy 70 sqm apartment on the first floor of the historical building. It has direct access from the garden through an external staircase set on the east wall of the building. It offers an ample view of the typical Tuscan hills and the lush woods of the valley. Having been recently renovated, it has all the necessary comforts: perfectly insulated acoustically and thermally, very bright and embellished by the parquet flooring especially imported from Paraguay. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area facing a magnificent stone fireplace. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds, each with their own private bathrooms. In the room facing the east the king size bed can be replaced by two single beds. In the bedroom facing the south it is possible to comfortably add a single bed on request. It is equipped with digital terrestrial TV, free WiFi in the accessible areas, a hairdryer and a zero km olive oil personal cleaning set.

"Sunflower" M63 room

Located on the ground floor with direct access into the garden.
A bright room, typical in its Tuscan style but at the same time modern in comfort.
It has a comfortable king size bed, an ample wardrobe and private bathroom. It is equipped with TV, minibar with fresh water and kettle with tea and herbal teas available.
The room in summer offers a delicious natural freshness.

Whirlpool Galaxy M33 room

This room is located on the ground floor and equipped for disabled guests. It opens directly onto the gardens of the estate. The room can be made up as a double or as a twin. It offers a large wardrobe and bathroom which is completely arranged to satisfy the requirements of people with disabilities. It is equipped with TV, minibar with fresh water and kettle with tea and herbal teas available.

Andromeda Nebula M31room

This room has a double entrance, you can enjoy a large terrace with panoramic views. Ideal for enjoying the peace and the freshness of the summer nights with ample view of the sky. The bedroom is large and bright and features a comfortable walk-in closet, a king size bed and a delightful private bathroom. It is equipped with TV, minibar with fresh water and kettle with tea and herbal teas available.

Vortex M51 Room

This room is located on the ground floor and has access to the garden.

Bright and typical in its Tuscan style, it houses a comfortable king size double bed and a private bathroom. Its peculiarity is the tilting window in the style of medieval houses.

Wardrobe, TV, minibar and kettle with different qualities of tea are available.
